Our regular weekly class schedule will now be offered online via Zoom starting Tuesday, March 31st with the 5:30 pm yogalates class. 

All classes will be the same length as studio classes and will be deducted as one class from your class package.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS​​
YOGALATES

Combines yoga and pilates with weights (optional) focusing on the core. The core supports and strengthens muscles that stabilize the spine, pelvis, and torso. it incorporates weights (optional) to strengthen muscle mass and tone.

Yogalates is designed to strengthen both the mind and body through the combination of poses and exercises.


OPEN YOGA


Every class is geared towards each student's level. Student's move at their own pace. Awareness of alignment, breath and core work are guided and encouraged.

Bring a sense of humor, an open mind, and enjoy the experience.

GENTLE YOGA


The gentle yoga class is offered at a slower, gentle pace while focusing on alignment, breathing and core work.

It is tailored to all levels, weaving in strength, restoration and relaxation.
